Nothing is added to our olive oils. The flavor you enjoy is the natural flavor of that variety at its very finest. Each of our olive oils provides a delicious dining experience right out of the bottle. They also blend well with other ingredients (e.g., balsamic vinegar, garlic or other herbs) so the number and variety of enjoyable combinations you can create is limited only by your imagination. Many of our customers like to combine more than one of our varieties of oil to achieve a unique dining experience, a practice that is common among many of the gourmet chefs who use our oils.
We have three varieties of olive oil available for purchase. However, Koroneiki is usually only available in New Zealand because we have fewer Koroneiki trees and heavy demand for this limited oil by executive chefs in New Zealand.
